Holidays/short term visits

Hi all,

I am new to e-o-s so I do not know if this query has been rasies before.

I have a Staffy (which is on the dangerous dogs act), although a softer more loveing pooch would be hard to find.

I am thinking of taking him on holiday with me to the Costa Del Sol, probably for a month at at time.

Do I need to register him with the local town hall, take out special insurance, de-nut him and take this special training course?
