Has any one else out there had there tax credit stopped by the UK Goverment

Is that the same as child benefit payments?

Child Benefit is not means tested,  tax credits are for people working and earning less than a certain amount..

nicechap! you don't say whether you live in the UK or Spain, do you work in the UK and commute to Spain and where do you pay you taxes?

If you live ,work and pay taxes in Spain then you will not be entitiled to any UK credits but if you live in Spain but commute to UK for work and pay your taxes and NI contributions there then your entitled to all the same benefits as someone resident in the UK.
