Hi All,

Need some advice please,

I understand for a above ground pool like those wooden one's you do not need planning permission!,  but what about a above ground pool made of block and liner or tile with decking around.

Or a above ground plastic pool with a wall around to support a decking.

Basically its all about trying to save on planning permission.

Ta Tony

If it is of permanent construction you wll need permission from the town hall, all the constructions you talk aboutwoulbe classed as permanent
