Dear All,,

I am sure nobody intended to buy a place and then have the misfortune to be in the position of being given no option but to hand keys back.  ( and before you ask  "Norman s" being ripped of by developers or Banks also)

Most people have lost there home, there savings and  there dream everything.

There is enough people on this site who have there say!, we should be thinking of ways to help these people with constructive advice.  Not putting everything to blame.

Maybe Justin and friends could open a form of citizens advice??? where people can get some real advice! also Costaluz do some sessions there..for FREE Maybe?????? not just the first consultation free in there office, which most offer.

Its about today,, if we could turn back time I am sure some would. Far too much heart ache..

And before all of you ask YES I did loose my dream, and YES I did have to come back but I thought tooth and nail to stop my villa being reposessed..

Dear all again,

The basis is you have to have the bank guarantee, Hard copy and  a good lawyer.

Also my claim was in relation to Jardines de Montemar, so would never dream of giving people false information on other developments.

The Insurance company agreed to early settlement  so never needed to go to court....thus early  payment.

As I said before cannot give full details of lawyer or his procedure without there consent,,,,,,but if you private message me we can talk further, but please I can only give my opinion on Jardines De Montemar.......

Hi All,

If it was not for the Bank guarantee it would of not been possible.  And of course a good lawyer who made it possible when others had just demanded monies with no substance.

After 5 years I have finally got my money back for  Jardines De Montemar,,,,,,,This is truly a great day for me and my family...

After using a certain lawyer in Algeciras and getting nowhere for 3 years, used a absolutely fantastic company in Denia and within 3 Months got a settlement and paid....

So like an idiot I fly to Spain at my own cost obtain the hard copy of the guarantee then spend money having it sent by courier to Maria at her request! more cost...........
