Hi we are a professional couple with 2 young girls ( both house trained !) looking for min of 3 bed property from La Cala to Cabopino... how hard can that be I hear you ask ???
The main factors are long let ,
unfurnished, and
MUST have storage as in trasteros storage room,
secure parking and a
phone line for adsl . If on top floor would like garage to be under complex with lift.
Ideal would be beachside, or as near to the coast as possible, the size of la cala hills properties or Greenhills Riviera .
Don't want to be as far back as La Cala Hills or the other side of the toll road at Riviera or Calahonda.
Would like as large a living area as possible for our money willing to pay up to €1000 per month for the right property, villa townhouse penthouse or apartment. NOT ground floor apartment please, and preferably not too over looked.
God its sounds as if I'm really fussy ( I suppose I am but I have 2 girls to consider and a hubby who needs the storage for his work)
Any help from anyone would be much appreciated.
