It would appear from a phone call this morning with Medsea that this company does NOT check out Bank Guarantees and is prepared to continue to sell properties as guaranteed safe to buy even after years of questionable behaviour by the builder (Prolocon in this case) BEWARE OUT THERE believe no-one about Bank Guarantees even if it is on their Website. Bank Guarantees also have a 'shelf-life'; something else they omitted from their blurb.
