I think Andy is referring to "Hispanophiles" which referrers to admirers of Spain and Spanish speaking countries (a bit like you lot really).
Altanta GA is Atlanta in Georgia in the USA.

Thanks for the explanation Justin.
I did get worried when i saw a "phile", thought we might had had someone looking for something naughty!
I am learning so much from this forum! I can impress my Spanish neighbours now, just hope they understand me or I might end up in the local police cell!
