We are buying a duplex on Phase 2 of Al Andalus Thalassa and intend to raise a mortgage for approx 60% of the purchase price based on an interest only payment with full repayment in 3 to 5years. To date we have been given a rate of Euribor + 2% can anyone provide details of a better deal ?

Euribor plus 0.75 is possible - to give an answer just on a general question like that is impossible. A great deal depends on what you can bring to the party as it were and would need to have an in depth discussion before advising further. Regarding term again a great deal depends on your ages. Regarding interest only period a lot depends on you and what you want from the mortgage. Regarding redemption clauses a lot depends on what you want all round from the mortgage product. Too general a question to answer specificially. If you care to PM me a daytime contact telephone number I will ring and we can have a more in depth conversation based on FSA best practice of "know your client"
