Does anyone have any experience of importing a car into Spain tax free? I am curently working in Kuwait where cars are very good value. I know that if I import a car into the UK I can do so tax free as long as I have owned the car for a minimum of six months. Not sure if this is a UK regulation or is applicable across the whole of the EU.

Not so in Spain - subject to taxes on any imports I believe until the car is of a certain age - the tax is then applicable as to the purchase price brand new - will see if I can find out more _______________________
