I am in the process of purchasing an apartment at 'Punta Plata' Estepona directly behind the 'Carrefour' Supermarket.
I would be delighted to hear, if at all possible from others who are purchasing apartments in this complex - to compare notes and to establish what the difficulty is in acquiring the "Work Licence" from the Developer in Marbella.
My solicitor is experienceing great difficulty in acquiring the "Work Licence" and "1st Occupation Licence".
In this regard and in advance of your replies see also "El Periodico de Estepona", Page 8 dated 22/28 Dec 06.
