Hi Folks.
We are buying in Jardines 12 (now 13 we believe ) Can anyone tell me if we can just turn up on the day to view the Jardine show houses or do we have to book on a tour.

You should really go to the Polaris World HQ first near Balsicas on the C3319.
They will give you an over-view of the whole project using very good models and screen show. A comercial with then be happy to drive you to the site and explain more. PW are not very good at putting on pressure so don´t worry. Get them to take you to La Torre resort on the return journey and ask them to feed you.
My advice would be to buy through a good agent. They will not only get you a better deal than PW would give you, but also will offer you free furniture or similar from their commission. Also they will argue your case for snagging as PW are very poor at such things. Find an agent with a concience and a booming voice. PW hate that. Good luck anyway.

We are buying on Jardin 10/11? and are going over this weekend to see showhomes. Rang our agent (Parador) to ask if we needed to book a tour to see showholmes and when she realised we had already booked our flights and arranged hotel she was not very helpful and gave us a telephone number to book it ourselves, which turned out to be the wrong number. However the spanish girl on the other end gave us the right number for the showholmes which is:- 0034 968 012098 as soon as I rang she made the booking for us with no problem and was very polite. Hope this helps.
