Does anyone know anything about the laws on scrap vehicles in spain? ie can you buy one from a scrap yard, do you have to re register it. Or does the reg plate stay with the scrapped vehicle. I have an idea for using my van to make another van by finding the same van over there and making 1 out of 2.
