We are looking to purchase a detached villa in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, for cash with the following characteristics:
250m2 minimum build, 1000m2 plot, own pool, 3 beds/2 baths min, not requiring major renovation.
Location must be: Las Brisas, La Quinta, Los Naranjos Golf, Parcelas del Golf, La Cerquilla.
Price 800,000 euros max.
