Apartment Different to Plan

We recently visited the apartment, and then when we have returned, having looked over our contracts/plans we have realised the detached storeroom has had a corner taken away - presumably for pipes/ducting or something like that. On the plans, it clearly shows the storeroom as being rectangular (and approx 12.5 m2) in actual fact, as I say, it has a corner missing and I would guess we have lost about 1.5 - 2 m2. So, what do we do? Its nothing that would put us off buying, or really even cause any problems to us, but its still around 2% of our space gone. Whats the likely outcome? Cheers. Spam post?
