Hi There,

I have a property at Manilva Beach and for those interested in knowing the latest this is it!  I telephoned the OVP Renting Department this last Saturday February 3rd and was told that Manilva Beach properties will not be advertised as available for rental until the end of February.  They have issues with Health and Safety as well as the fact that furniture packages and air conditioners have not been received or installed yet. 

This forum is an excellent way of communicating what is going on with the project but I for one wish that there were more facts rather than summaries on what everyone thinks is going on.  If anyone would like to contact me with facts about this build in Manilva Beach I would be happy to exchange factual information.
