We bought some cheapy ones from Carrefour supermarket. They're good enough for us as we're all rubbish at it.
We found the rules on the Internet but there do seem to be some slightly different rules floating about and not sure which ones are the latest ones! If you do actually find the proper rules I'd be interested in know them!

we looked in carrefour estepona but seemed to be 50e each

We bought ours in Estepona but we didn't spend more than 30 Euros each.
Maybe they don't do the really cheap ones any more!
