Hello Everyone!
I'm Damian and currently live in the Pilar de la Horadada area just south of Torrevieja with my girlfriend Claire and 4 month old baby girl Noelia.
Just thought I'd say hello and nice site! We are starting to look at buying a house and there's a lot of good info here by the looks of things.

Hi Damien
Welcome to the forum, it is very informative as you have probably seen already. You are up the road from us and we go to Pilar beach a lot, lovely area. lots of nice property around the area too. Good luck with your house hunting.
