Hi i'm Jon. For the last 7 years i have been trying to get my late mothers and step fathers will sorted by Aroca Seiquer. Their actions seem to be nothing short of disgusting, so i joined the site to see if anyone can offer any advice or help.
I already have another solicitor based in uk who is a fully qualified Spanish Lawyer, and Aroca are now refusing to deal with them, i wonder if this is legal?

They appear to me to be totally incompetent. Having used them to buy an ATLAS property in Jan 2005 - I am still waiting for my Escatura as there is a builder's mortgage on the land. It was their job to have checked this but I as they work hand in hand with Atlas - some say the same company - it is a scandal.
