For a rental of 1 year am I correct in thinking it's advisable to put temporary and not intended for
permanent residency on the booking form?
to cover myself or do 2 six month contracts?
Any help gratefully received.

Do it for 1 year, its called a contracto temporal, you need to put the tenants name and their permenant address and ensure it states the notice to quit on the 11th month.
You can do them for shorter terms, but if they run concurrently then stricly speaking it becomes a permenant contract anyway!
In practise I have known tenants stay on 11 monthers for ages with no problems.

Muchas Gracias.
It will certainly make my life easier, only dealt with upto 6 months so far!
Lifes one long learning curve.
Still have 1 townhouse available, see my add on this website, ideal for golf and beach.
