Hi all

I am pulling out of a purchase which was due for completion late 2007. I am hoping at least to get my deposit back with interest.

Unfortunately I bought a furniture pack off the same agent who sold the apartment 12 months ago. I am now being told that I cannot get my money back. Has anybody any advice or info regarding my rights bearing in mind :

- I was not advised initially that I would not be entitled to a refund

- I was advised to buy the pack soon even though 12 months later I don't yet have a definite completion date

- I have not taken delivery and I don't believe the agent has the furniture pack
