we went to the show ,they took our number they phoned ,said come and have a look,we went ,they took us to their spanish office their staff showed us the property ,they said we will be their every step of the way.we were hooked.we got home they phoned us,all our worries were answered,we payed our £33,000 deposit,my son was impressed he was intrested ,i phoned them i explained my son worked abroad the only time he could visit ,they said give us your card details if he buys we refund the money if not its been a little holiday,we did we went he bought he payed the deposit.no phone calls ,i phoned them cheque was in post , i give up i thought just wait till completion,its here and "o they stopped trading ,no they were not part of us" property ready we have had photos ,but the changes we could make like tiles no bath just shower are gone.the lovely back garden we thought we were getting and payed more is on the same level as sun roof we have to go up a flight of stairs ,the we will pick you up when ever you visit spain ,the we will find you accomadation ,have been replaced with we cant do completion that day ,we dont want to complete that day remember you forgot to get the bank accounts set up like you said you would , i see well can you make your own way,no we cant thats why we bought from you and my husband wants to see the garden at the top of the stairs .i wish i had never went out on that cold january
