It all started way back in 2003 we were looking for a property in the almera area and came across almanzora country club site things went well to start with agent could not do any thing wrong we waited for the 2year peirod then things started not to make any sence and then the agent stop talking to us .so we went to vist the site to see if we could find out what was going on we were told things had stopped becouse of this and that after 2year waiting around and many trips out there it was time to change things Anyway when this was all going on we had been looking around the area a number of times and came across a village called zurgena that is only 20 min drive from the acc site. The village has a friendly feeling We went back on a number of times and started to look at houses in the village which were up for sale saw one we liked so we bought it. We then started to ask for our moneys back which had been held by the builders all this time ,Any way we got all of our moneys back So out of a disapppointment came some thing wonderfull A village life which is very good and a house that has charcter .We are not living there full time at the moment so if any one out there would like to try a holiday and sample village life please email us on mickaelcook10@aol.com We were very disappointed to leave the acc site but it was not to be.
