Seville airport is located about 10 Kilometres north east of the city, on the A4 (was NIV) motorway to Cordoba and Madrid at km 533.

Try clickair! We flew from Gatwick to Seville with them recently, and didn't have any problems. I believe you can now check in on-line, and they are cheap and cheerful.
