Hello,i am trying to set a busness up in Spain but for now i just want to purchase a company name without yet going SL.

In the UK you could just purchase your name from companies house, and i cannot find the equivalent here.

Here in Spain they seem to want you to go SL immediately at cost of 1,300 euros or more plus a 3,010 deposit in a bank account

My company is not ready to operate at the moment and i think somebody may take my name so i want to cover my back. Can enyone help me please.
