Hi everyone,
Just found out about this site from Halley & Simon who were on holiday while we were there.
We have an apartment on Gran Mirador IV and been out 4 times so far this year. We have been reading some of the comments from different owners and find it very interesting.
I had a conversation with an owner (Gran Mirador III) He told me, there was a meeting at the town hall and discovered that no application had ever been made requesting a golf course. A consortium of buyers took San Juan Urbana to court and lost all their deposits.
I believe, despite no golf...this will turn out to be a fantastic development.....it looks great at the moment.
