Hi All,

me and my husband was purchasing a prorty in Terque ( almeria) for the past 2 years which is due to complete at the end of September. We have just been informed that this purchase has fallen through. We have now been offered to transfere to a 4 bedroom townhouse in Funte De Piedra. Just wondered what is sort of price people are paying for the properties.Does anyone know the maintance costs?
