Moving to Spain March 2014

Hi everyone,

I have just joint your forum, 

 My wife and I are planning to move from Australia  to Spain in  March 2014, for 12 months and we are looking for a long term  property to rent around the Costa Blanca..

Our Budget is 450 to 500 euros a month, we can work together with the owner  of the property for those periods when the property may not be available for rent during the year. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom  + Air conditioner and parking, (Townhouse ???? )

 Ciudad Quesada sounds like a nice place to stay , *comments *??

why not come to Valencia (and surroundings. Lots of nice (mountain) villages close to the sea. Madrid/Barcelona at only 350km distance and perfect climate. Not too hot/cold, but 300 sunny days. Together with my colleague Christa I have a small relolation agency and can help out with NIE, properties (lots of possibilities for 500euro!), bank account, papers etc. Check online moving2valencia.eu Good luck with all and don´t hesitate to contact us!
