My tuppence worth: I've used them too, for their rip-off passport renewal service. Dreadful customer service, and no tracking facility as they refuse to admit who they are sub-contracting for - probably DHL, who have agents everywhere, (unlike Offex who use unreliable local shops as drop-off points), have proper back-up and are cheaper too because you aren't paying their mark-up.
