I was due to travel the NEMA - Murcia route with Bmi Baby outbound from NEMA on 8th Sept the day before they stop flying altogether.
My inbound flight to NEMA from Murcia was shedualed for 12th Sept.
Today I recieve my refund to my Electron Card for the cancelled inbound flight.
I telephoned them today to explain that the sheduled outbound flight is no longer any use to me.
As I have had to re-shedule my trip in total.
Normally it takes like forever to make contact.
In all it took me 9 min 55 secs. to a local charged number
To ask for a full refund and not the partial one they had given me.
In all a quite plesant experiance.
I must have caught them on a good day.
Is there anyone else out there with a good or bad story with regards to Bmi Babys closure of business.
I traveled last week with them in all a relaxed and plesant experiance have found all staff helpful and polite.
