Al Andalus , Residencia in Vera, Almeria

Has anyone information on this development in Vera about 4 Kms from Vera Playa and Garrucha in Almeria. Viewed a couple of 2 bed 2 bath apartments with asking prices of 161,000 and 175,000, seems like a very nice developmentt , however, there are no facilities within walking distance with the exception of a Mercadona and an International School in the process of being built.
I t appear s to be well looked after, however, i am looking for aan investment with reasonable long term rent and hopefully capital appreciation.

We were taken to Al Andalus Residencia on our inspection visit prior to being taken to Al Andalus Thalassa.

Thalassa is nearer to the beach & the water park is very close by too. Also a supermarket & various shops, banks etc are very close by.

Thalassa is next to Pueblo Salinas development & also the new Al Andalus Veranda (now under construction. There will, we are told, be a small development of shops in the immediate area once construction is completed.

We really liked Residencia & are currently in the middle of purchasing a 2bed ground floor apartment, on Thalassa, which should be completed in July/August.

Sorry couldn't PM you back (my computer!).

I don't know about any new facilities in that area but it is a bit "out on a limb".

Have you thought about contacting KeyMare? They are the developer for Residencial, Thalassa & Veranda. Obviously, you won't be buying from them so probably a general enquiry would be best, to get some info on the area in general.

Hi, We actually own a 3 bed 2 bath apartment further down the road at Bahia Fenicia. We have just thought about selling it, due to the fact we now live in Spain, in Aspe near Alicante. So would like something a bit closer to home. We enjoy the whole area. It's very family orientated.
