Hi can anyone give advise,,  Ive put my apartment up for sale on a 3 month contract with an estate agent, ive got 6 weeks to run but ive changed my mind about selling, can i just cancel and get my keys back, or do i have to wait for the 3 months is up

You shouldn't have to wait.  There's no point.  The keys are no use to the agent unless he's going to get you a tenant and make commission on the rental.   And if you're not going to agree to let it, he'd be wasting his time showing people it.
