I have just read an article in the news that 100 Northern Irish victims of the Costa del Sol real estate fraud, involving 6 million euros, are calling for a meeting with the Northern Irish Prime Minister.

It will be interesting to see if this meeting does actually go ahead, and it speaks volumes as to his interest in his countrymens problems, if it does.

Don't get me wrong and I am not belittling these victims or the amount of money involved in any way, but when you consider the thousands of U.K. victims, the millions and millions of pounds that we have lost, what has our Prime Minister done.

I suppose we will just have to waite and see ? ?

We lost serious money in Turkey but wld not expect the PM in the UK to intervene. What we did expect though was a decent legal system. Instead and as often is the case the guilty come off better (;- We even used a law firm in London but are still fighting tooth and nail.

N. Ireland is part of the Great Britain so does not have a Prime Minister. It's affairs is looked after by a First Minister. I do believe his authority  is limited to that region

I read that 1,200 people have protested to the  UK government about MRI property and a group marched

through London ending up in Downing Street. The group, are backed by MP for East Antrim Sammy Wilson  who has attacked the firm for defrauding hundreds of people, is to raise an Early Day Motion in parliament against the firm.

Will be interesting to see the outcome.
