Hi all,

I have just sold a new build property on a rather nice complex.

They have just released another fase and it is great value and quality,the two things needed to sell aproperty at the moment.

There are 330 properties on the fase,they have sold 100 in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!

So maybe the market is not thet bad after all certainly not for that developer anyway!

Well done.  I take it you are referring to Condado de Alhama  - the island phase  If so yes this has been long awaited.  I did one over the phone yesterday with a client who commited to it before xmas.

Great marketing from Polaris, always keep the investors expecting something desireable.

Hiya Gillespie - well Im pleased to say Ive had an exceptionally busy day today so no, dont reckon its that bad but hey ho - gotta get them through notary first.
