Legal advise needed

Hi. I used to live in Spain before i divorced.

I've been divorced well over a year now but still in very much of a mess into splitting of assets. There seems to be no rules to this or no-one has explained the process to me very well .

My ex husband is trying all sorts of tricks at the moment and i'm finding it hard to defend myself very well whist in England. In the mean time he is living in the house in Spain while i pay 1/2 the mortgage and struggle to make a living.

I need a trustworthy lawyer that someone on this forum has had a good experience with as every LAwyer i've had it always seem to end in them getting very greedy and trying to get me to sign away lots of money before they even know the case or set up a plan of action.

Dear Lorraine,

I could give you a some legal advice and recommend you a lawyer, but I would need to know in which part of Spain is you property., because, being honest, is always cheaper to use a local Law Firm.
