 We had our meeting with Almudena on the 15/04/09 and will be writing up the report, that will be sent out to our members ASAP & then placed on the SARC website for all purchasers to read. We felt that the meeting was positive.

I also visited SADM, el Pinet and my solicitor & reports of these will also be added as items in the report.

I suggest that you wait for the report to find out what we spoke about for nearly 2 hours. The report will go to our members first and then be placed upon the website for all to be able to read. All I will say is that it was a very positive meeting and we had a very frank  & open discussion  putting forward the concerns and issues of purchasers.

Tony I have no interest in anything you or your friend Almu has to say . I just find it hard to understand why you believe anything she has to say anymore . Will you be visiting her in jail  for SARC updates or will the penny finally drop . I truly do feel sorry for you, that your only retorts are insults and inuendo. This is a SARC strand and you say you have no interest in what we have to say or the report of the meeting but you keep positng on the thread. I do find your behaviour a little strange and very selfish but despite that i still wish for you to have a positive outcome and I truly wish you well.

Tony it is your behaviour that is strange not mine . I can see this messy crooked unfair situation for what it is . Being unfair MM asking such questions of the Tiger. Our Ton will reply with honesty, unfortunately, he does not have a brain to enable him to question matters, so, is just the "dummy" with the hand up the backside, spouting the spin given to him by others.

 I love the way that he talks about my conjecture that I have spouted. it has been widely reported and the court is hearing the cases in the next few months. Surely he can read and understand this? I try and understand Tony with a logical brain but realise he is not a rational being.

I can only imagine the two hour conversation consisted of which cake they are going to hide the file in for Almu to cut through the bars.

I personally hope she rots in there. When she doesnt spend time with her new child maybe she can appreaciate how the loss of these funds has deprived us of spending that funding on our own children and precious time with them as children

Almu and Tony are both as bad as each other neither deserve sympathy or pity. And neither say anything which is of any worth

                                           The only reason you are here is not to be helpful but to be a destructive between you all you have done nothing to give factual information. what you have done over the last 12 months is nothing but to be destructive and then try and hide good information which you don't accept or want to believe. you care for no one but yourselves as you have proved and siad often enough here on this site. Once again you read articles and give the news papers views not your solicitors or even ask the company what is happening. So I say this to all those people that paid their deposit for a place at SADM to just hold on to their dream of a place and the real issue of safe gaurding thir money If they want to do this then when asked if they want to continue with the purchase then answer YES because it is what you realy wanted before this happened . Remember the Company went into VOLENTARY Administration not a forced  one. If the company is refinanced then this would be to our advantage and if they are and you ask for a refund this could take anytime up to 7 years to get back and then not 100% but a portion of that as the judge decides.

              So to all those that look at this website and are afraid to say they realy want their property because of a few bullies I say hold on to that dream for a few more months.

                    still trying to be disruptive well  as usuall. I know broadly what is going into report but hen there is such a thing as confidentiallity as I have said in the past Members get report first that is a benifit of being a member of SARC and then after that it is posted on SARC web site for all.  so don't ask again because the answer will be the same.
