 I have PMd this to Tonymal .I have had enough of lies and deciet .SARC have alraedy damaged all purchasers with their lies misinformation and the lack of legal accuracy in what they are saying .  They have insulted lawyers on this site and discouraged many from  taking  informed legal advice . Justin can not allow this situation to continue .SARC give information based on nothing but their own point of veiw but present it as legal  fact and truth . It is disgusting and small minded and dangerous .

Tonymal  Show proof of the info in your last post or I  shall  start a  petition to Justin to take the link to SARC off .You tell constant lies and mislead all concerned  in this situation.JA 

Tonymal are you now an expert in Spanish law ?

Dear All,

The arrogance of JA knows no bounds.How dare she ask for SARC to expose any member to her and her nasty little group of cyber bullies. It would be a breach of the data protection act and trust.

I take it that she does not like the fact that SARC is getting more members and I am sorry but we are ( most are tired of yours and your little groups behaviour)

Ja,

Stop being so daft and throwing insults and inuendo about that has no basis or truth in it.  SARC do not lie nor have we. We stated in July that there was no money and if people read the reports they can see for themselves the truth of the matter.  Anything that is based on opnion is clearly stated as such and we have recieved thanks from both those who want their properties and those who want their money back.

We have not discouraged any from making informed decisions or seeking legal advice, it is time that you stopped trying to decieve every one, you are failing.

Your desperate attempts to undermine SARC and the I  WANT MY HOUSE  campaign is very sad and I really do feel sorry for you. You are unable to say where the money is or how those with out BG's have any chance of getting their money back. You run down SADM and do all you can to try to get it built and on top of that you have the audacity to complain that I have stated that it our soliciotors had done their jobs properly in the first place we would not be in this mess.

I really am tired of the silly little games that you and you clique keep on playing and your attempts to prevetnt purchasers using this as a construcitve meduim to comunicate through.

Despite all of your efforts SARC is growing, purchasers are getting sick and tired of not being able to post and there are many who want their house and would like to be able to post their opinion without you and your cronies jumping down their throats.

 I WANT MY HOUSE AND A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL AND THAT DOES INCLUDE JA  et al

People should look closely at the order and times of all the postings on this thread if they want to see how deceitful ,spiteful ,arrogant and misleading Tonymal actually is .JA

As for your last post Tony please present us with  fact and proof or shut up !

If you were well informed Tony you would know where the money is .In fact if you could see past your own nose and had read this forum properly you would know where  it is .As you prove time and time again you know nothing .There is no piont in informing a fool  who will not listen  Bye muppet  !!!! JA

AS god is my witness I do not lie nor behave in a decietfull manner. I suggest that you are making judgements based on the behaviour that you yourself exhibit on this site.

As for havingto prove anything to you, I am amazed that you feel that  we should give you any information as to our membership. Surfice to say it is growing and that is the truth. I do not care if you do not like it but that is the way it is.

As for you respecting other purcahsers point of view you have not shown much tollerance to date and I very much doubt that you ever will.

Tony you really must learn to read porperly .No one is asking you to divulge SARC members details just to back up the advice you give to forum members purchasers and others with legal and factual information .Read my post again and ask yourself what is actually being asked for .

You gave the HdT admin numbers of purchasers wishing to continue which is quoted in the report to the court  and I believe you over estimated  and mislead so please as a matter of urgency please clarify

Hi ALl,

We gave no numbers of purchasers to the court nor given any legal advice to anyone. I am afraid as usual you are wrong and  the content of the report has nothing to do with SARC. Interestingly though we did notice that it stated that 90% still had contracts to purchase. Why would any one wish to pull out of their purchase until they knew what the repayment terms/likelyhood is and/or the time line for recieving their property.

I realise that there are those who do not want SADM to go ahead, including some who are not even purchasers but it is not in our opinion (nor my solicitors) the best option for purchasers as the probabilty of getting  a significant amount of your money back if HdT fold is at present very very low.

 I WANT MY HOUS AND A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

Hi Tony

In order to clarify how you tend to view information, the following rules should apply

You say its interesting that 90% of people still have contracts to purchase, why would anyone wish to pull out.

The facts, so you may understand whats going on, are that the contracts are not being allowed to be resolved........(this is probably so fools who read the report believe they remain in place by choice).  

The contracts that remain in place on this casey's court administration, do so by being illegaly restricted in any right minded view.............and...what is more embarrasing for the administration, the builders and ultimately yourself................is that the majority of these illegaly held contracts......have actually expired........i would wager probably twice in most cases.

If they are so valuable to your cause.then get them re-written with new build times............i will be really impressed with that

Hi Briando,

As a you are not a purchaser at SADMI must thank you for all of your input into the forum. As for your comment regarding contracts, I am sorry but that is not an important issue to me but was to your colleague JA, who brought iup the issue of numbers. I  have no doubt that purchasers will think about their position and what the best probable outcome there is for them in the near future, when we have a better idea of the refinancing of SADM and what the probabilty/time scale of getting your property v money back.

I think your use of words like illegaly are used very loosely and emotively. Spain has different laws and it is not wise for us to confuse them with the ones we have in the UK.

I use the word legaly in the sense that when something is unlawfull, it falls into the category of illegal.

If a contract has expired it can be challenged in court as such.  It then becomes 'out of contract'..or resolved? in Spain.

Either way........an expired contract, held up as current or not challangeable.........is illegal.........and it will eventually be shown as such...ask the barrister you have for advice....you never know he may even develop an argument for you........tell me where to send the bill

But then...whats your use of the word colleague..........is JA my colleague now?..explain please do.

I asked you 3 months ago, two months ago, one month ago, two weeks ago............the re-financing you talk about.......where is it Tony.....................it dosnt exist and you know it

 I thought illegal was a most astute choice of words actually. the contracts are no longer valid and have not been allowed to be resolved. to therefore say that 90% of owners have a contract is a joke. I have a contract but it is not through choice and it expired in september last year.

Our contract expired in June 07.Are HdT expecting us all to complete or are they going to try and force us all to complete? They will have a hell of a fight on their hands!

Tony, we aren`t trying to stop SADM going ahead, we just want our money back as we are fed up waiting!  Good luck to people who wish to remain with SADM, but we aren`t getting any younger, and we wish to move on and leave this fiasco behind us!!! Cheers JOANNIEMAC

The developer will now market them as retirement homes and there will be many who will believe them.
Problem is, it will be a pension fund for developers and not retirement homes for would-be purchasers.

Sorry FIN, just stating the obvious. When you consider we put our deposit down in March 06 and our house was supposed to be ready June07, we should be paying our mortgage by now. With this protracted concurso, it is costing us time and money, and if we buy something else it is going to reduce the lenght of the mortgage and cost us considerably more to service the debt! Just confirms that when I rubbished the fact that many months ago, some were happy for the freebies the developer was offering as compensation for delays, it was not rubbish that I was talking?
Even if the miracle happened and people were to get their houses, it would have cost them seriously.
The value of the house has dropped drastically and the costs to purchased have increased considerable.
Living the dream? More like living the nightmare.
