Unanswered questions re move to Spain

Our agents, Pure Property Group, have just sent us a photo of the pool, looks good, even better when filled. I have placed the photo on the forum photo page.

They are also going to get a website running about Cox, medical facilities, restaurants, bars and other bits of information we could find useful.

Thanks Ian and Girls...

So much for posting the photo.  It was really good to see the controversial swimming pool at last..   It has been a source of great mystery & conversation for some time...between Spanish togs & myself .  Both trying to work out just how it would fit in that small space. It does look a lovely design..but I have to admit it doesn;t seem very big. But perhaps the photo doesn't do it justice.

Just as well that Danny & I will be over at the weekend to see for ourselves!!  I can't wait.

The finished apts..and area look wonderful. it will be fantastic to have a website about Cox..it is really coming together as a community. and there certanly are some great people on here for neighbours..Looking forward to meeting up soon.

Yes, thanks Ian & Co for that - well it half solves the dilema as to whether it is raised or not!  I suppose the inside area isn't , but the outside is!  (Or something like that anyway!)     I'm not too worried about the size of it though - good things come in small packages so you men keep trying to convince us!!  What will be nice though, is just to have somewhere to cool off for a few minutes when it gets too hot.

Please let us know when that new site is up and running.  It will be good publicity for Cox as a whole, which in the long run, will hopefully be good for us.

Strange that Carol has been told that completion is end of April and the rest of us are still wtih end March - any updates would be useful.   

Weather in Wales today is superb - beautiful spring day.  Hope the rest of you are having good weather too.

Hi Spanish togs..Ian...and Mirador neighbours...

....Just to Clarify what I said about Completion Dates...It is the Masa After Sales..Personal adviser..who has stated this date is still in force...and it was originally quoted to us on the contract signed in the Masa office. At no time did we speak with anyone from Mahersol.  which is why I said I would try to get definite answers when we are over next week.

However,,,this lady is supposed to be liasing between us & the builder..communicating our questions.  for what that is worth.

But...I agree.  The progress on the development would appear to be completed more in line with late March.  So perhaps midway between the 2 dates might be a safe bet.  We  have a house to still sort in the UK....so it is essential for us to know the timescale facing us.  I will definitely be trying to get some more answers.

Regarding completion our agents where in touch with Mahersol and were told that completion would be end of March / beginning of April, all going well that is. Probably best to get a better idea  when you are out there, I'm sure we have all been told various dates.

At the moment they are connecting the electrics from the main power lines to the apartments, so i dont think they are too far away from completion.

Hi All,

Changing the subject slightly, has anyone looked into an independent snagging company to inspect the completed homes.

MASA (our agent) are inspecting and snagging our place but that is a little bit like the lunatics inspecting the asylum.
