Has anybody used Murcia Furniture?

HI ALL.

RECIEVED LETTER TODAY FROM GROUPO MAHERSOL STATING THAT COMPLETION WILL NOW BE MARCH2008(HERE WE GO)IS THIS THE FIRST OF MANY ?

EXCUSE GIVEN WAS VAGUE TO SAY THE LEAST:DUE TO TECHNICAL REASONS.

I HAVE CONTACTED MY AGENTS  FOR A FULL EXPLANATION OF THEIR TECHICAL REASONS.

AWAITING RESPONSE.KEEP YOU POSTED.

IF ANY BODY RECIEVES ANY INFO PLEASE LET US KNOW.

phoned spain today to get info.

led to believe it will be the various  licsences etc will not be in place until march .hab,etc

i am back out in jan. for 2weeks(13th-27th) get a better take on situation then.

just hope were not going to be messed about.

Like the rest of you we too had a letter about completion in March.

I made contact with our agents who told me that Mahersol had told them that there was a small delay in one of the phases which had a knock-on effect with the overall build. Apparently though they are hoping to hand over the properties before March.

I'm hoping all is clear by then so we can make arrangements to be there for the Easter holidays.

We are going out at the end of November for 5 days so I will have a good nosey around to see how far the build has got, and I hope to be pleasently suprised. I will take plenty of photos so you can all see the progress.
