Buildings Insurance Company registered in Spain required

Hi everyone? "Is there anybody there?" We are just about to complete contracts to buy an upstairs apartment in this development and are keen to talk to other buyers. This is our 1st property in Spain and we are feeling our way around tentatively. We would welcome your thoughts about Spain generally and specifically about Cox and the neighbouring towns/villages. Cox looks a good size and very "spanish" ~ not covered by brit pubs etc. We are looking forward to becoming more familiar with the area. Hope someone takes the time to exchange ideas and information with us, maybe we can meet up and have a drink together once the development is completed! Roll on January 2008. hi, purchased upstairs property also in april.looking forward to finished project  and meeting other buyers had a real good look around surrouding areas  etc very nice part of spain easy access to all relevant things.exellent value for money homes nad top quality finishes.cheers
