RECIEVED REVISED COMPLETION DATE TODAY FROM AGENT VIA POST.

REVISED COMPLETION DATE:         31/03/08

WAS ADVISED DEVELOPER WAS BEHIND SCHEDULE ON DEVELOPMENT,  WHEN I WAS OUT IN SEPT. DID NOT LOOK LIKE THAT TO ME, I THOUGHT THE PLACE WAS CRACKING ON, BUT HEY WHAT CAN WE DO BUT WAIT AND SEE WHAT TRANSPIRES, 

NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT SITUATION AS ONE OF MY QUESTIONS WHEN PURCHASED HAD TO DO WITH DEFINATE COMPLETION DATE I.E. DEC 07.

Spoke to our agent over the last 48hrs. They posted this reply to my enquiry re delay:

I got in touch with the builder this morning to see if they could give me any more information about the delay. They have told me the the dealy is only for the finishing of the communual zone and pool, etc. and that they think it will be on time but they are delaying the hand over by one or two months more in order that they can remove the crane and excavate the pool, etc. They are fairly sure that the houses will be on time but for the moment they have set the new date as March 2008 to cover themselves and if they can hand them over before then they will. i recieved an email today from mahersol telling me the same about crane removal and building of pool etc,silvia also told me that they will do their best to finish on time .at least we are been kept informed,just have to hope things go to plan.
