I write to release my pent up frustration with Atlantia who I have to say have been totally uncommunative with their purchasers. I have read most of the previous letters posted on this site and can empathise with correspondants who too have had similar experiences.
We bought and sold a property at Campasol and regardless of what is said of MASA they certainly communicated with their purchasers during the whole build process and sent us photos every month once the build had commenced, no such luck where Atlantia are concerned.
I would just like to know how the build is progressing, fortunately I have a roof over my head, but would like at least 6/9 months to be able to sell my house, get all my necessary paperwork organised and be in rediness to move to Spain.
This week was the first time that I have had any communication from Atlantia. I contacted my agent for an update and also advising of a few changes I would like to have done as having NEVER been approached by the builder I though I ought to make the first move. I was then informed via my agent that I have to choose my tiles for the floor and walls within a week, needless to say I was not impressed and did not comply until I shall be on site.
I feel its going to be 2009 before I will be moving into my home, if it wasn´t for the fact that we love the location and the style of the house we certainly would have pulled out ages ago, hopefully it will all be worth it?
