Hi, Just returned from a stay at our apartment at Manilva Beach. Unfortunatley whilst we were there we got broken into in broad daylight. The thiefs forced entry through the small bedroom window, even though we had additional dead lock bolts fitted to the window and patio doors. they managed to force the window forward enough to free the bolt from the hole and then levered the window of the track to gain access, steeling a number of personel items. We believe they gained access to the empty apartment nextdoor with a front door key and then stood at the patio doors and watched us leave the apartment and drive off, they then jumped over the terrace dividing wall and broke in. We suspect this was the case, as the foot prints we found on the bed spread matched the foot prints found on next doors terrace, leading back to their patio doors. We have now regrettably decided to have anti theft grills installed.
