I'm really sorry to dampen (polite word) your bonfires, but we have heard from our solicitor again this week who has had it on good authority, his brother works for the Town Hall in Mula), that the final part of the licience for Trampolin Hills HAS NOT YET BEEN GRANTED!!!!!
His brother did some digging and discovered that the final part of the licience still has not been received from the Town Hall for Trampolin Hills. It is expected to be received early in the New Year along with our development Royal Dream.
As he explained, had the licience been received on 27 July 2007, then construction would have started. As it is, no construction has begun, due to the final licience not been granted!
Once again, we have all been intimidated by Grupo Trampolin, given promises which account to nothing! Why do they lie, surely it would be in everybody's interest to be honest, otherwise, we will just lose the faith, and Peter and the Wolf spring to mind!!
Once again, we are sorry to inform you of this, however, we thought it would be better if the truth was revealed to us all and we can then decide the next step to make. The Company will have to employ bionic construction builders to have phase 1 ready in 12 months time, which is what they are legally bound to according to our contract.
