Alicante airport - getting petrol

Hello all, I actually got a phone call asking me to come and pick the tiles and kitchen furniture etc. Great news if I was keeping it but I don't want it now. Anyone fancy a cheap 3 bed Granada apartment - 105,000 euros with golf share parking and store room etc. Paid 63,000 euros, years ago and have moved onto different things now. Oh, it is phase 1, block 1, ground floor with 40m2 terrace.

I'm new to this forum so please bear with me if I'm asking questions you all know the answers to.  My parents-inlaw bought off plan a few years ago at Trampolin Hills, Murcia, and although have been chasing for updates re development and about half a dozen trips to the site in the last few years (I went with them in April) they've still seen no sign of development.  They've bought an apartment in phase 1 overlooking the 1st tee....when I was there in April there was no sign of construction at all.......has anyone been there recently / know an update they could share please?  They've tried calling and faxing to get updates but with no response.  They're now very concerned about what's going off and are planning to go back out in October to see for themselves.   Are they the only ones getting this sort of 'service'. 

They bought direct from the developer on site.

Any info, particularly pics proving something is happening would be much appreciated, thanks.

Some of the reps are better than others at getting back to you. You could try contacting Pilar who is in charge of the sales team. We bought a villa macarena on the company's first development site called 'El Trampolin' and the only way we got to find out anything was by going out there. Have you seen the Company website at www.grupotrampolin.com ? it has a web cam at your development but it hasn't changed for a while.

Our experience is that the Company do eventually get there but you need to add a couple of years to any timescales you are given. We are about 3 years behind schedule and our development is still not legal so we cannot obtain a mortgage to complete the purchase.  You should be able to share information on this forum with other buyers to keep you updated.

I hope your parents in law get some good news in October.
