My name is Paul and along with my wife Sharon we purchased 16/1 of phase 2 in February 2006.
We did not realise that this site existed but have found your commrents, fears and excitement to be similar emotions to those that we have experienced. It is of great comfort to us knowing that we can now discuss real issues with other like minded people.
