we bought  in 2005 plot 33 , we have been very impatient ever since, but since the prices went up last month we decided we've made the right choice buying on t.h. the building work is in full swing and we are very happy,the webcam on grupo t. h. site is ok but it doesnt show you mutch.we will all just have to wait ,the site is in a great place im sure it will be a great success in the end. can't wate.

We are Diane and Neil plot 34 soon to be neighbours (hopefully).  Are you from England and which area are you from.  We also paid out 1st deposit in 2005 but are contract started in march 2006.  Have you visited the area recently and has any work been started on our side of the course.  we also can't wait and agree that it was the right choice for us to make.

Keith, sorry for not getting back Ive just looked at the messages, we are from Liverpool uk , believe it or not we are still waiting for are guarantee we have been promised it very soon, i didnt know there was a time limit on them. altho we have a contract , we haven't been out there for about twelve months there's no point .all i know the building work has started there's about 400 men on site so its looking good. i dont know if there is building work on are side ,we are looking forward to meeting you when its all finished in about 18 months ..hopefully

We are from Widnes just outside Liverpool, there seem to be alot of people buying on TH from our area.  We were due to go out in Aug to see how things were coming on but decided that the children would not be inpressed with it at this stage,  so we booked to go elsewhere.

KNOW HIM WELL  WE HAVE BOUGHT THROUGH IVOR AS WELL.  WE ASKED HIM TO VISIT THE SITE WHEN HE WAS OUT LAST MONTH TO LETS US KNOW OF PROGRESS, HE STILLHAS NOT GOT BACK TO US.  MAYBE HE DIDNT GO UPTO TRAMPOLIN,  HE IS MORE INVOLVED WITH POLARIS.  LAST TIME WE MEET IVOR WE GAVE HIM MORE INFO THAN HE COULD GIVE US.

WHEN WE EMAILMARTHA AT TH SHE DOES NOT GET BACK TO US EITHER

WE MAY GO OUT TO MURCIA IN SEPT FOR A WEEKEND HIRE A CAR AND HAVE A GOOD LOOK ROUND AND NOT RELY ON IVOR

yes we are in the same boat  we are still waiting for a bankers guarantee ivor tells us dont worry everything is ok, but you can't help worrying when you've paid such a large amount of money out and not seen anything for it in 18 months!  The only good thing is that the villas are going up in price.  Our villa is a Triana.

The best time to talk about the exterior is when the shell is built.  Hopefully when you go out in September you will find more info out and be able to speak to the right people.

Will let you know if we find anything out and please let me know if you do.

Hi, we are Darren and Chris and live near Blackpool. We have put a deposit down at Royal Dream which is just up the road from Trampolin Hills. We have used a company in Spain who introduced us to the builder. We are also using a Spanish solicitor who is currently checking the contract is OK before we sign it and pay any further money.

We are surprised that you still haven't got your bank guarantee. This seems to be the safe-guard to secure your money should anything go wrong. You are using a solicitor aren't you?

We are keeping an eye on your development as the progress of yours will affect when ours is to start. Our agents have told us that the TH licence will be granted by next month and there will then be a sudden surge of work. We are due back out to Murcia for two weeks in September and will have a look at TH when we visit Royal Dream site. We will update you on any progress we see.

yes we have a Spanish solicitor we have been in contact quite a lot he says he is going to get the guarantee but still hasn't  are agent tells us everything is ok

i am fed up emailing  about it but the good news is the site is now coming along.
