I'm new!

Hi everyone, I suppose a lot of guys & gals are getting ready for the move in ! Lucky people, I wonder how the site has developed since October? Habitation licence? Snagging gone OK, give us some info please, forum has gone quiet!  OH, a question that has drawn some confusion, do you have to settle the final balance if a  Habitation Licence has not been granted??? Any info appreciated.

The site is rather quiet at the moment, does anyone know why? I know a few must be really excited to be moving in within the next week or two. Good luck all.

We have just returned from a quick visit and weather was georgeous, although a little chilly in the evenings. Site was fairly quiet but looking good.

Hi all

The site is quite quiet at the moment so Tina it is really great to hear any news. As far as I remember Manzana 4 was due for completion at the end of December. We are on Manzana 5 and it would be good to hear if things are keeping to plan. We are over again in February and would love to meet up with any neighbours.

Hope everyone has a great Christmas whether in a rather cold UK or in San Cayetano with the temperatures certainly warmer than here. All the best for 2008.
