There is no cap or limit on download/upload, however, some torrent applications are illegal and known to contain viruses, these may be blocked, and legal downloads, such as tunes etc will not be affected.

Speeds are shown as aggregates, this means for example, a 2Mbps connection can be used as 1500 Kbps download, and 500 Kbps upload...or 1000Kbps download and 1000Kbps upload. In absence of client instructions, we will default set to industry standard at 70% download and 30% upload.

That's very interesting. Do you know whether this can be done pre LFO or do we still have to wait for it?

for anyone considering a wireless USB internet facility, do not buy from Orange

it does not work here and they are very reluctant to cancel the contract once written

we made the mistake as our phones are with Orange but 2 months on we are still paying for a service that never worked and the shop at Dos Mares that sold it to us have been unhelpful, as for Orange customer service, well!!!!!

we now have  vodafone system and it works grand.
