Hi, first time user of the forum.
We have purchased a penthouse in block 5, we were out in October and were informed by the site office that they are still on target for completion at end of the year, it's been a long time coming round ( 18 months) but is now flying in. we are thinking of putting grills on all windows and doors( awaiting quote via our agent medsea). we were wondering if anyone could give us some advise on house insurance, is it better to get insurance in Britian or through local companies?
