Moving to Spain next year.......Just A few questions!

i have had an amount taken from my bank account with no warning for the replacement of the above. i am flipping annoyed about it. i am happy to pay (apart from the fact that the developer should have made it right in the first place), i just think i should have been advised before it was taken, its a good job there was enough in the account to cover the cost. please could someone tell me how much is each apartments contribution.

We had a letter from Gaemu dated 30th April advising that the replacement of the garage doors had been approved by the Community last October, that our bank account would be debited on 15th May and work would commence when all payments per portal had been received.  In fact, our account was debited at the start of this month.  Perhaps Gaemu didn't write to your home address.  A few letters, about community fees, which Gaemu said  had been sent to me never materialised.
